Deb Adler-- CEO, Transformation Health Resources, LLC—has more than 20 years’ experience in executive health care roles, serving in a variety of capacities including network executive, quality management executive and chief operating officer. Deb began her care in health care quality and is a recognized leader in value-based contracting and alternative payment models. An innovator known for her ability to execute results, Deb has facilitated network designs and benefit plan approaches that achieve both quality outcomes and healthcare cost savings. An early adopter of digital technologies to promote access to care, Deb has implemented telehealth networks as well as technologies that streamline provider practices and managed care functions. She has broad experience and keen understanding of the unique customer requirements across all lines of business—Commercial Employers, Health Plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Military/Veterans. Her consultant support spans a broad range of customers (provider organizations, payors and government programs) and topics including: collaborative care models/medical behavioral Integration, provider network functions-- contracting, network designs/tiering, recruitment and reimbursement strategies. Deb has a special interest in helping technology-enabled providers in “go-to-market” strategies and streamlining network functions.
